We want to send a gigantic, rip-roaring and lion-loving thank you to Riekie, Liesl and Peet for giving up their weekend to make Nonyx’s life more comfy. Nonyx will be moving camps soon and we needed to revamp the enclosure. The girls got to work and after blood, sweat and tears it was all over! Thanks again!

November the cheetah who was operated on last year is recovering beautifully and so enjoyed receiving a Cheetah rugby ball for Christmas to entertain him. Mo, who has been overly generous, made sure that Father Christmas delivered goodies and gifts to all the animals here on Christmas Day. Thank you, Mo! Fiela, the ‘Baas van die Plaas’ (which in English means ‘Boss of the farm’) paraded in her braided Christmas hat…Looking at the pics you just have to smile…

A big thank you must go to Graham, Ellie and Louise for buying new bowls for the animals over the weekend. We just love the way in which you have decorated the bowls and we are sure that the animals appreciate the art too! Graham is the man who successfully filmed and produced the Carte Blanche documentary on Cheetah Experience last year. Our response was fantastic! He returned for three days to film more footage and what he will do with that remains a surprise…you’ll have to wait a little longer to find out!
