A Heartfelt Thank You!
Diversity Bar, PAW Productions in conjunction with friends of Cheetah Experience in Potchefstroom, held a fundraiser on the 28th of May in order to contribute towards the conservation of the Cheetah. It was a fun-filled afternoon consisting of a fashion show, gumboot dancing by the children of the Thakaneng Project, a presentation about the mission and vision of Cheetah Experience and a feast of three kinds of potjiekos. Lucky draws involving a day at Cheetah Experience and two T-Shirt hampers was also held. The event was well supported by the community of Potchestroom who opened their hearts and purses. A amount of R13 130.00 was raised and handed over to Riana van Nieuwenhuizen at the end of the function. This contribution will go towards veterinary and supplement costs.
