Our gorgeous Achillus turned a year old on Tuesday, 3 August! His mommy, Lizaenne, ordered a spring buck for his birthday menu. Now Jubatus, his lifelong friend, grabbed the buck away from Achillus and even pulled his ears flat and actually chased Achillus away from his birthday prezzie. Luckily at the end of the day, they both made friends and the party food was shared. Achillus, Lizaenne loves you so much and we all wish you years of roaring, roaming your enclosure and lots of rumbling and tumbling with Jubi.
